DEFINITIONS
In this License Agreement, "ATR" means APPS THAT ROCK. "LICENSE AGREEMENT" means this Agreement. "LICENSEE" means you, the licensee of this software. "SOFTWARE" means the CAMEXPAND software purchased or used by the LICENSEE, being understood that SOFTWARE is a commercial product, including any technology and utility software licensed by ATR from the developers and owners thereof, together with all accompanying documentation.

LICENSE
Read carefully the following terms and conditions before using this SOFTWARE. If you use any version of this SOFTWARE, this indicates that you accept everything stated in this license agreement. All components are to be used only as an integrated component of this SOFTWARE. No component part of this SOFTWARE may be distributed individually, disassembled, modified, reproduced, decompiled, reverse engineered or altered in any form. This includes all elements in this SOFTWARE package, interface items, menus, and dialogs. You also agree not to export this SOFTWARE or any of its components, directly or indirectly, in violation of any U.S. laws.

PURCHASED VERSION
One copy of the Purchased Version of this SOFTWARE may be used by at most one person at any given time. The Full and Lite Version of this SOFTWARE may be accessed through a network, if and only if a copy of this SOFTWARE is purchased for each workstation connected to the network, regardless of whether this SOFTWARE is used at different times or concurrently.

EVALUATION VERSION
This SOFTWARE is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use the Evaluation Version of this SOFTWARE, without charge, for a limited time evaluation period of 14 days. Purchasing of the Full or Lite Version of this SOFTWARE is mandatory for use extending beyond the evaluation period. Use of the Evaluation version of this SOFTWARE after the evaluation period is expired constitutes a violation of this license and of U.S. and International Copyright Laws.

DISTRIBUTION OF EVALUATION VERSION
You are hereby licensed to make unmodified copies of the Evaluation Version of this SOFTWARE and documentation for the purpose of distributing it via electronic means: Web, FTP, Bulletin Board Systems, Electronic Services. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made. You are also prohibited from distributing this SOFTWARE and/or documentation with other products or services (commercial or otherwise) without obtaining prior written permission from ATR, with no exceptions.

PRIVACY
Contact information, phone numbers and e-mail addresses, are collected by ATR through a registration process. ATR uses customer contact information to send information to users who indicated a preference to receive notification of product news and events. ATR does not sell, rent or disclose this information to other companies. You may remove yourself from the mailing list at any time. LICENSEE acknowledges that this Privacy statement forms an integral part of this Agreement and accepts the terms and conditions set forth therein.

OTHER SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS
This SOFTWARE is capable of interacting with other software applications installed on the same computer. Before using this SOFTWARE, it is the responsibility of the LICENSEE to make sure that its use does not violate another software applications EULA (End User License Agreement).

GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OF ANY OTHER TYPE, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND TO ANY REMEDY AGAINST ATR AND/OR ITS LICENSORS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, DELICT, QUASI-DELICT OR OTHERWISE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO THE PRECEDING EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ATR AND/OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFIT) ARISING OUT OF LICENSEE'S USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR PRINTED INFORMATION ACCOMPANYING IT, WHETHER OR NOT ATR AND/OR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY. THIS EXCLUSION INCLUDES ANY LIABILITY THAT MAY ARISE OUT OF THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST LICENSEE.
